PETC X004 - Coach Beyond: Youth Coaching
This training helps youth coaches understand their impact on young athletes' sport experiences. Coaches will learn practical strategies for teaching sports skills and supporting youth development, including effective ways to navigate parent interactions.
Delivery Options
Online Self-Paced: A course that is available fully online with no scheduled class sessions or fixed due dates. You can start coursework at any time and work through it independently at your own pace, within the timeframe designated. Online modules may include readings, lecture videos, assignments, quizzes and more.
Time to Completion
This course is projected to take 1 hour to complete.
Course Completion Requirements
Successful completion of this course requires 80% on each module quiz and submission of the course evaluation.

Targeted audiences: Coaches, athletic directors, educators, youth workers, and other adults working with young people. This version of the course is not approved for Social Work CE credit (clock hours).
