This course introduces American students, workers, supervisors, and business owners to key cultural, historical, and legal issues that arise in workplaces where Latino immigrant workers and American colleagues interact. Designed for individuals across all industries—not just agriculture and horticulture—this course prepares learners to work effectively and respectfully in diverse environments. While no Spanish is taught, some Spanish terms are introduced to enhance cultural understanding.
