Helping professionals are often enlisted by client systems to help the client system change and/or to help someone in the client systems' life change. The Transtheoretical Model of Change (TMC) is a behavior change theory with practical practice applications that helping professionals can tap into to support the positive change efforts of their client systems. This interactive training discusses the TMC model and interventions that can be tailored to support client systems desiring change in their lives.
