HLTLIT X202 - Health Literacy - Strategies for Improving Patient Engagement and Health Outcomes

This course introduces healthcare professionals to practical strategies that enhance patient engagement and improve health outcomes. Learners will explore techniques such as motivational interviewing, health coaching, and patient activation to promote collaborative, patient-centered care. These evidence-based approaches support patients in making informed decisions and committing to behavior changes that enhance their well-being.
