Kim Tartaglia, MD is the Director of Mentorship for the Office of Faculty Advancement, Mentoring, and Engagement and a Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine. In this module, Dr. Tartaglia explores the roles of mentorship on the professional identity formation of clinician educators. She highlights the differences between mentorship and sponsorship, how to best utilize each, and the importance of finding the right match for individual mentor needs.
