Dr. Sarah Varekojis is a Professor of Respiratory Therapy and Director of Clinical Education in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Ohio State. This module introduces the ideas of competency-based education and evaluation of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of learners to determine if they are meeting those competencies. Importance of narrative evaluation and behaviorally based anchoring will be emphasized to improve how learner evaluations are completed.
