MEDEDU X215 - Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention

This course introduces learners to Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP), an evidence-based psychotherapy for substance use disorders. Participants will explore the conceptual foundations of MBRP, core mindfulness skills used to manage triggers and prevent relapse, implementation considerations, and the evidence supporting its effectiveness.
