HCMGT X002 - Evidence-based Leadership for Emerging Healthcare Leaders

This program is tailored for early-career healthcare professionals and aspiring leaders. It aims to build confidence and competence in leading and collaborating with others throughout their careers. Participants will complete a self-examination of interpersonal competencies to identify strengths and areas for improvement and learn how to apply these leadership skills effectively within team and workplace environments.
