SWK X203 - Reclaim Your Personal Energy: Real-Time Nervous System Resilience for Workforce Retention and Burnout Prevention for 988 Staff

Real-Time Resilience is the ability to reset in the moment, recharge throughout the day and restore appropriately to meet the demands of the day. Designed for 988 staff, this training will normalize and integrate the real human challenges to being fully present, slowing down without collapsing, and feeling a need to GO-GO-GO! Attendees will learn--through humor, neuroeducation and applied skill building--to harness their personal energy, manage daily stressors and apply micro-reset skills as energetic boundaries between calls. This presentation is the foundation of Self-Care and Resilience: nervous system-based burnout prevention that builds self-awareness, distress tolerance and self-regulation tools to live life fully without the secondary stressors of exhausting energy leaks. This interactive session focuses on micro-resets of the ABCs of Presence, a repeatable method to reduce overall stress-load throughout the day and to restore the flow and rhythm that support an embodied life.
