INFOTEC X602 - Google IT: Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User
Build practical skills for working with operating systems and supporting the users who rely on them. This course explores the core functions of Windows and Linux operating systems, including file and directory management, users and permissions, software installation, filesystems and process management. Through hands-on activities, you'll practice using graphical interfaces and command-line tools to configure systems, manage resources and troubleshoot common operating system issues.
This course is one of six courses that make up the Google IT Support Professional Certificate offered through The Ohio State University Professional and Continuing Education.
