One and two person households are the fastest growing segment of the population. According to the US Census Bureau (2010), almost 44% of older adults in the United States are single. In this module, you will learn more about what makes up a nutritious meal, how to plan a nutritious menu using computer-based tools, tips for meal planning and saving money, and most importantly, food safety.
